Plastic mold, plastic processing industry and plastic molding machine supporting, giving plastic products with complete configuration and correct size tools. According to the different forming methods, it can be divided into different types of mold.
1. Plastic Injection Mold
It is mainly a kind of molding Mold widely used in the production of thermoplastic parts. The processing equipment corresponding to Plastic Injection Mold is the injection molding machine. The plastic is first heated and melted in the bottom heating cylinder of the injection molding machine, and then driven by the screw or plunger of the injection molding machine, the injection molding machine nozzle and the pouring system of the mold enter the mold cavity. Plastic cooling hardening forming, demoulding products.
Its structure is usually composed of forming parts, pouring system, guiding parts, pushing mechanism, temperature control system, exhaust system, support parts and other parts, manufacturing using plastic die steel. Injection molding processing method is usually only applicable to the production of hot Plastic products, plastic products produced by injection molding process is very wide, from daily necessities to all kinds of complex electrical appliances, auto parts, etc., are made of Plastic Injection Mold, it is a widely used processing method in the production of plastic products.
2. Blow mold
A mold used to form plastic container hollow products (such as beverage bottles, daily chemical supplies and other packaging containers), the form of blow molding according to the process principle mainly includes extrusion blow molding hollow molding, injection molding according to the process principle mainly includes extrusion blow molding hollow molding, injection blow molding hollow molding, injection extension blow molding hollow molding (commonly known as injection blowing), Multi-layer blow molding hollow molding, sheet blow molding hollow molding. The corresponding equipment of hollow products blow molding is usually called plastic blow molding machine. Blow molding is only suitable for the production of hot plastic products. Blow mold structure is relatively simple, the material used is more than carbon manufacturing.
3. Extrude the mold
A kind of mold used to form and produce continuous shape plastic products, also called extrusion molding head, widely used in pipe, bar, monofilament, sheet, film, wire and cable coating, profile processing.
Its corresponding production equipment is plastic extruder, its principle is solid plastic in heating and extruder screw rotation pressure conditions melt, plasticize, through a specific shape of the mouth die and made of cross section and the shape of the mouth die continuous plastic products. Its manufacturing materials mainly include carbon structural steel, alloy tools, etc., and some extrusion molds will be inlaid with wear-resistant materials such as diamond on the parts that need wear-resistant.
Extrusion process is usually only applicable to the production of thermoplastic products, its structure and Plastic Injection Mold and pressure plastic mold have obvious differences.
4. Blister mold
It is a kind of mold that takes plastic plate and sheet as raw material to form some relatively simple plastic products. The principle is to use vacuum blooming method or compressed air forming method to make the plastic plate and sheet fixed on the concave die or punch die deformed under the condition of heating and softening and stick on the mold cavity to get the required molding products. It is mainly used in the production of some packaging products of daily necessities, food and toys.
Because of the low pressure during molding, the mold materials are mostly cast aluminum or non-metallic materials, and the structure is relatively simple.
5. Pressure plastic mold
Including compression molding and injection molding two structural die types. They are mainly used for forming thermosetting plastics a kind of mold, the corresponding equipment is pressure forming machine.
According to the characteristics of the plastic, the mold is heated to the molding temperature (generally 103°108°), and then the measured pressure plastic powder is put into the mold cavity and the feeding chamber, and the mold is closed. The plastic is softened and viscous flow under the action of high heat and high pressure, and after a certain time, it is solidified and shaped into the required product.
The difference between pressure injection molding and compression molding is that there is no separate feeding chamber, the mold is closed before forming, and the plastic is preheated in the feeding chamber to form a viscous flow state. Under the action of pressure, the mold cavity is adjusted and squeezed into the hardening molding.
The pressure plastic mold is mainly composed of cavity, feeding cavity, guiding mechanism, pushing parts, heating system and so on. Pressure injection mold is widely used to encapsulate electrical components. The material used in the manufacture of the pressure mould is basically the same as that used in the injection mould.
6. High foaming polystyrene molding mold
It is a mold for molding foam packaging materials of various desired shapes by using the raw material of generative polystyrene (bead material composed of polystyrene and foaming agent).
Its principle is that the steam forming can be carried into the mold of the hair polystyrene, including simple manual operation mold and hydraulic press straight through foam mold two types, mainly used to produce industrial packaging products. The mould is made of cast aluminum, stainless steel, bronze and so on.
